Typical errors include but are not limited to;

441 Posting Failed ("From" Header not in Internet Syntax.)
Your from address must have the form username@some.domain
It does not have to be valid, but it must have the correct form.

441 Posting Failed (Article posted in the future.)
Your PC clock is set incorrectly. Check your date/time settings and your time zone.

411 Posting Failed ("Article not posted -- more included text than new text")
You have too much quoted text, or not enough new text, adjust as needed by deleting unecessary quotes.
