SBC subscribers use the pulldown menu below to select the nearest dial-up location then use the primary and secondary IP addresses in the procedure that follows replacing the 209.115.59.241 and 209.115.59.244

DUN (Dial Up Network)
- Click "my computer" on your desktop, double click dial up networking .
- A window will pop up displaying the DUN's you have configured, if the one where you're
getting the server not found error does not appear in the "Phonebook entry
to dial" box, click the down arrow at the end of the box and look for the correct entry then click it.
- Click the more button, and select "edit entry and modem properties."
- Click the TCP/IP settings button, then select the server tab.
- Server assigned IP address should be checked.
- Write down the numbers for the primary and secondary name servers (DNS) in case you need to set them back, then change the primary DNS to 207.115.59.241, and the secondary to 207.115.59.244.
- OK your way out...
DSL/LAN
DSL users should be configured to obtain the DNS settings automatically.
That should work properly, but if manual settings are required then do the
following
- Click on start in the start bar then settings, then control panel.
- Double click on the network icon.
- Select the protocols tab, then click on TCP/IP.
- Click the properties button, then the DNS tab.
- Click add and enter 207.115.59.241
- Click add again and enter 207.115.59.244
- Use the Up button to move the newly added servers to the top of the list.
