SBC does not accept binary attachments (UUencoded, HTML, etc) in text groups.
The filtering process does not allow returning errors to the end user.
The posts will appear to be accepted, but will be filtered by the news feed.
Exceptions to the policy can be made provided there is sufficient justification.
This does not mean that other news providers will share that policy, and may filter the news feed based on their own criteria.
